Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $80 USD. Orders below $80 USD are shipped at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery times after dispatch:

- United States: 7-15 business days

- Canada: 8-18 business days

- United Kingdom & Europe: 8-18 business days

- Australia & New Zealand: 9-20 business days

- Rest of World: 10-25 business days

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

White Tiger is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

White Tiger is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at support@whitetiger.shop to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
