How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@whitetiger.shop with your order number
- We'll send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back in its original condition
- Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Sale items and personalized/engraved products are final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your call.
